Draft terms covering the reservation phase. To be replaced by full retail terms before first shipment.
Reservation
The €99 deposit secures your place in the production queue for RA4DIO. It is not a purchase of a finished product. Balance of €400 is charged only after your unit is built, tested, and ready to ship.
Refunds
The reservation is fully refundable at any point before your unit ships, and for 14 days after it reaches you. It converts toward the final purchase when your unit is built. Your EU statutory right of withdrawal is separate from this and is never affected by these terms. See refund policy.
Delivery
Target ship date is Q3 2028. We will notify you of any change in writing as soon as we know.
Warranty
Two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from date of delivery. Does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or transmission outside permitted region settings.
Jurisdiction
To be set by our place of incorporation, disclosed at full launch.
