Two windows: the reservation window (deposit only) and the post-delivery window (full purchase).
Reservation deposit
The €99 reservation is fully refundable. Ask for it back at any point before your unit ships, or within 14 days of it reaching you, and you get it back — no reason needed. It secures your numbered build slot and comes off the €899 price when your unit is built.
We say refundable because it is, and because a clause promising otherwise would not survive contact with Polish consumer law. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery is separate from this and is never affected by anything on this page.
Post-delivery return (EU)
Your statutory rights are unaffected: EU buyers may return an unmodified, fully functional unit within 14 days of delivery for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Directive. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
